If you require full coverage coloured background (or panel greater than 30%) on a thick uncoated stock, you have come to the right place. Many stocks and processes do not allow full coverage screen to be printed onto uncoated business cards. Many of our clients requested this over the year so we have devised a method that allow this.
This is our PREMIUM 550GSM Cotton Stock.

General Print Requirements:
  • Max total ink density = 280%
    Anything above this will cause undesirable results such as 'muddy colours' .
  • Dark background images require at least 20% contrast or the lighter detail will be lost.
Finishing Artwork Requirements:
  • Must be vector
  • Set to a 'SPOT colour' named accordingly ie 'embossing' or 'foil stamping'
  • Minimum artwork width is not less than 0.15mm
  • Gap inbetween artwork is not less than 0.15mm
  • Gap inbetween Embossing abd Debossing artwork is not less than 1mm
