Consultation - phone & online

We offer a complimentary, up to 45 minute consultation via phone or video conference. Please call or email to arange time for consultation.
For Screen Share, we use and recommend Google Meet or Teams.

After an online meeting, we are happy to post out complimentary sample packs for you to keep.


Graphic Design Consultation

We first require a quick phone discussion to establish your needs before an appointment can be scheduled.

Meetings - face to face

While online meetings are preferred for their convenience and time efficiency, we’re happy to accommodate face-to-face meetings when required.
These are typically reserved for larger design projects or when a Pantone printing consultation is needed, including the provision of Pantone swatch samples to take away. Please note there is a minimum charge of $176 for this service (up to 2 x hours).
Brief project description and media such as logos or artwork should be emailed prior to scheduling.

Print Samples

With so many stock and print finishing options on offer, it can be easy to get lost with how the final product will turn out.
As such we have done our best to add comprehensive photos in the gallery of each of our product pages.
This being said, sometimes you need to see a product in the flesh.
Although it’s not cost effective to custom make 1 pcs of your design (as the cost is much the same of our advertised minimum quantities) you can get a lot by seeing our existing samples.

We offer:

  1. Posting Samples:
    We need to see your sample artwork first - this will allow us to only send relevant samples.
    There is nothing worse than having your mind set on a sample, only to finds out it is not possible due to your artwork / logo form a print or print finishing perspective - or - won't meet your delivery deadline .
  2. Visiting Us:
    We have a comprehensive sample book available at reception that contains an array of card types, stocks and other premium printing.
    Although you are welcome to come and inspect our range, please note we are rarely available to discuss the sample with you. Please note consultation is by appointment only.

To get the most out of your time, please email us proposed artwork first. If you don't have artwork, please send us your logo.
This will ensure you are directed to the right product(s) based on your budget and deadline.

Experiencing Email issues?

    We will provide a separate email address and request you ATTACH the bounce back email (do not forward it)
