   Depending on the scope and nature of the project, we may purchase a template on your behalf, using it solely as a structural foundation to save time and reduce costs. From there, every element is custom‑designed - we never simply insert content into pre‑built pages. The result is a website that feels unique, on‑brand, and purpose‑built for your business.
5. Custom coding:
   The template is only a small part of the project. We hand‑code and optimise the site to deliver the best possible outcome within your budget.
6. Domain and Hosting Setup:
   - If you already have a domain and hosting:
   We review your setup and arrange access so we can begin work. If we identify any limitations, we’ll recommend secure, Australian‑based hosting providers that offer better performance and reliability.
   
   - If your website is brand new:
   We guide you through domain and hosting options and help you secure everything you need. We can also assist with related IT tasks, such as setting up new email addresses under your chosen domain.
7. Coming soon page:
   A branded “Coming Soon” page is published so your business has a presence and contact details while the full site is being built.
8. Staging Environment:
   You receive password‑protected access to a staging site where you can review progress. Extensive testing is performed at this stage, including checks across multiple devices and browsers.
9. Testing & Optimisation:
   Once the staging site is approved, we complete thorough testing, refine page‑load performance, and optimise the underlying code — all contributing to better search visibility and a smoother user experience.
10. Website Launch:
    After final approval, your website goes live and becomes publicly accessible
11. Search Engine Submission:
    We submit your website to major search engines such as Google and Bing so it can be indexed and found online.
12. Google Business Listing:
    If you don’t already have a Google Business listing, we’ll create one for you and ensure it presents your brand professionally.
13. Site Maps:
    We generate and submit both page and image sitemaps to Google to support stronger search engine exposure.
14. Google Analytics:
    We set up a Google Analytics account and provide you with access so you can monitor your website’s performance.
15. Search Engine Optimisation:
    Optional SEO packages are available to help improve your visibility and ranking in search engines.
16. Updates:
    Ongoing updates and website development services are available from $160 per hour .

It’s worth noting that templates are not the ideal method for building websites. The most robust approach is to hand‑code every line from scratch. This eliminates unnecessary code and unused features, resulting in a faster, cleaner, and more efficient site. However, this level of development comes at a significantly higher cost. Our approach strikes a balance — we optimise and refine the code based on the specific needs of each project to deliver strong performance without unnecessary expense.
